3. PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

3.1 Pricing & Taxes

• Product prices are displayed in USD and may exclude shipping/taxes. Final charges are shown at checkout.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices; confirmed orders remain unaffected.

3.2 Orders & Delivery

• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We may cancel orders due to inventory shortages or errors.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

3.3 Returns & Refunds

• Unused Products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase.
• Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame, worn, used or misused items be non-refundable .
